My case went very smoothly. I liked the website, which provided an efficient and effective means of communication. I provided all of the details requested, and I was thoughtful in my responses. I would have appreciated a little more advance preparation for my day in court, mostly for piece of mind. Nonetheless, the court appearance went well; they really know what they are doing. Again, any additional preparation would have likely made me a little less nervous, but the day in court went perfectly. Excellent experience.
