False advertising & fraudulent business practices.
Ordered product 'Cleanwhites' on web site. 14 day trial period.
Canceled after 7 days through phone number on web site.
30 days later get a charge for $83.90 and another box in the mail.
Call Customer Care and call gets escalated to supervisor. After much discussion Christina relents to a $50.00 courtesy credit and states this is all she can do. I again verbally cancel and cancel with a form on web site and take the $50.00 credit. Get the company address and a name for contact.
Then I research company (should have done this back in October) and find that what I have experienced is standard practice for this company.
95% of reviews are negative and similar to my experience.
They have a 'F' rating with the BBB of Miami.
Suggestion: if you have had similar problems with this company do the following. Go to BBB of Miami http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/Home.aspx and file a complaint. Company name Rauscher Bekke, LLC. Also go to Attorney Generals website and file a complaint http://myfloridalegal.com/
The only way to shut down fraudulent businesses is to use legal means. If you get upset and angry, don't. Get on those websites and submit your complaints.
