How sad. Just bought a home in Monarch Dunes. We are second owners of a 6 yr old home. Several windows have cracked seals. These windows have a lifetime guarantee (if ur a first owner). My initial complaint was well received and 3 windows were replaced. When several other windows were found defective, the company back peddled and told me they could not and would not stand behind their product. Simply because I am a second owner. Hmmm! I rx working w a co that stands behind their product and not one that ducks their promises because of ownership change.
