Lifetime RVer...Happy With Years Of Experience With Metro RV
|
I have been a long time RVer and have owned 4 units to date. I have been going to Metro for years since having repeated bad experiences with a nearby "Big Box" type service center. (I wont even mention their name because I don't want to give them any more publicity) My first experience was with a fairly serious gen issue which they repaired for me same day, without an appointment and under the original estimate. I was so impressed that the service writer already knew the model of my gen by just looking at it and knew of a frequent failure with this model before even having a mechanic look at it. Turned out he was right, they repaired the problem and even had the part in stock. I cant tell you how many times my rig sat in a service bay for weeks or months for something stupid at the Big Box place. Over the years I have had them fix my black tank, my a/c, done body work from an "oops" I had from a chance encounter with a guide post at a gas station..anyway the result has always been consistently the same... EXCELLENT. I would and do recommend these guys to my friends and people I meet along the way! (As a side note..my neighbors rent RV's from them to go camping with us out at Thousand Trails Santa Barbara from time to time and have always had good luck with the rentals they get from them. Aside from an occasional bulb burnt out or something silly, they are always happy with their experiences there. I guess the RVs are all private party units so they have all the goodies rather than the stripped down basic models I see sometimes out at the parks I go to. I would hate driving a gigantic billboard personally ha ha! )
