This company is not legit! I am disabled and I spent $700.00 with them to get me a business loan. Emails and phone calls never answered. I even found the President of the company and found out that he sits on my chairs in many companies and I sent him an email and nothing. They take your money and then they do not deliver. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They charged me $40.00 to get approved with the SBA for my loan and told me 3 days later that I was approved by the SBA. I find that funny, I talked to the SBA here in Texas and in Washington DC and there is nothing on my or my company. I was told that I was approved and it should only take 6 weeks to get my loan. Well, that was in April of 2011 and this is September of 2011 and I am still waiting. I have sent many emails and I have every one of the emails and the return emails from Dave or Darren and still nothing. I was told that they only deal with clients that they know they can get approved because they get paid on the end of the loan from the bank or company that does the financing. I have been sending emails to the congressmen and senators in that area and I am hoping that I will get some kind of results. I cannot afford to just through $700.00 into the wind and let it go. I am disabled from a car accident with a drunk driver and I wasn't one of the lucky ones that was hit by a responsible drunk that had insurance. Mine did not have insurance or even a licenses. I have pasted the letter that I sent to the President of that company to this complaint so you can read it and see how this company will screw you over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...

Mr. Saffari,
I am writing to you today to see if maybe you can help me with a business that you are president of. I have been dealing with Primetime Capital since April of this year. I contacted them to see about funding for my business and was assured by your staff that there would be no problem. I have been dealing with Dave and Darren with this and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. When I started this program, I talked to them and told them that I could not afford to just be throwing away $700.00 because I am disabled and $700.00 is very dear to me. I was told to pay $40.00 up front to get approved by the SBA and then they would be in contact with me. A few day later, I was contacted and was told that the SBA approved me and I would be able to get the loan for my store. The next step was to pay $700.00 and I would get a business plan made up and then it would be submitted to the right company to get my loan. I ask them how long he thought it would take and I was told about 6 weeks. As you can see it has certainly been well over 6 weeks and I am still waiting on the money. I have sent many emails and phone calls where I have not received a reply. I do however have every email that was sent to me by Dave or Darren over the time and every email that I have sent them. When I paid them, I was told by Darren I believe, can't really tell them apart on the phone, that he didn't go this far with someone unless he was completely sure that the loan would fund. He explained to me that he did not get his pay until the loan funded. He was paid at the end of the loan. He assured me that I would get my money. I explained to him that I have some bad credit on my report from a car accident that I was in and I am now on disability and I wanted to open my own business. I was hit by a drunk driver and I have had to have 4 back surgeries. I draw $984.00 a month from Social Security and that is it. Now you can really see why the $700.00 was very important to me. I have tried to put my faith in Dave and Darren but I am losing that faith day by day and I getting upset at this point. I have looked up all the businesses that you seem to be involved in and it seems like you are a respectful person so I am hoping that this email will generate some interest and get thing done. I have contacted the SBA and they do not even show where your company has sent in for a approval on me. Come to find out that is where the bank that issues the money would send my application to get the final approval. That is itself scares me when it comes to your company.
Now that you have heard my complaint, I will wait to hear form you and then I will take it further if I don't hear form you. I don't think that a President of a company would want something going to the BBB and then congressmen and senators in your area. Remember I am disabled.
Thank you for your time...
I am still contacting the congressmen and congresswomen of that area now and sending letters. I am also going to be contacting the BBB. I know that it will not do any good but I am going to do it anyway in hopes that I might save someone else the money.
