Frustrating and Unprofessional Company

Unfortunately my development got stuck with Prime and Associates to manage our HOA. We had no choice in the matter and I have written the builder to NEVER set up a new development with this company. If you are the type of homeowner who likes to just sit
back and take abuse then this company is for you. Our association has had nothing but problems and we are looking to give them the boot. We took a survey and over 80% of our community wants them out. We have also found other HOAs that have had similar experiences.
We have had HOA elections that violated the California Sterling-Davis Act, bully HOA Managers who think they run the Board, arbitrary enforcement of CC&Rs, no bid contracts, and rogue management that harasses homeowners. Prime can care less about your association.
If you want your community run like North Korea then Prime and Associates it your company.
