I am taking the time to write this review because it seems that the three (and only 3 people out of thousands of homeowners) went specifically to this website to be negative. No one typically goes to this website to be positive. We recently signed up with Prime and we must say it has been a refreshing change. Not only are they extremely professional but they follow up on everything. One of our fellow board members had noticed this site before we selected Prime and we asked them about it. They were not aware of it ; however, they mentioned that the Better Business Bureau wants a hefty fee for you to belong and if you don't pay you can't respond, etc. In any event, you are only hearing one side of the story with those below and I bet they are either delinquent, repeat violation offenders or better yet just plain disgruntled homeowners that never should have bought in an association. I suggest you interview or question Prime first as we all know anyone can say anything on the Internet. In fact many like to hide behind it.
