My buyer's offer was accepted on 12/7/2011 and closing date was specified as 1/09/2012. Since then this entire transaction has been the worst transaction I have ever had to deal with in my entire Real Estate Career. Mr. XXXXXX immediately sent his deposit FEDEX to the address that the escrow company specified. For at least a week escrow was calling us an emailing us that they did not have the EMD deposit. They signed for it at the address that they requested it be sent to. That was just the beginning of multiple mistakes that were made the the escrow company and to date we still haven't been able to close this transaction. I requested the HOA information for at least 30 days and didn't get it until approximately 45 days later. The lender has all loan docs to escrow several days before the closing date of the 9th and escrow never processed them. They had a new excuse daily, like the HOA paperwork which they finally did send to us but then they said they never had it??, Then they said the needed an estoppel??? (doesn't apply to this transaction, as far as I know), then they said the HOA demand had expired and they had to wait for a new one, then they said they lost the loan documents????, then they said they were waiting on the Homeowners insurance to be provided which was provided way back in January!!!! There were so many excuses/delays that I can't remember them all. I am constantly passed from one person to the next with each one not knowing how to close this transaction. They have asked for extension after extension. The selling agent has NOT once contacted the lender for status ZERO communication I have contacted the selling agent over and over again and he just says that he reported our problems to some department within the Asset Company. He has done absolutely nothing to assist in getting this transaction closed!!! Furthermore, everyone I have to speak with is in India. They do not speak English well and my conversations with them are nearly impossible. That is EXTREMELY frustrating!!! I believe that David Judd (Listing Agent) Real Home Solutions and Services, Altisource and Premium Title of California are involved in unethical and possibly fraudulent practices. Today is Feb. 29th we are still in escrow. WORST escrow ever!!!!!
