Do not order from the company!!
We ordered on Nov.23 a humidor for $999.00 from online. It said free shipping with free gift. They called and didnt have one that wasnt damaged in stock. So we went to upgrade to another one and then they found one with a scratch on it. We said we would take it since they offered $75. off then they added shipping. Even being frustrated at how it gave us free shipping online but now she wouldnt validate it we said fine we will take it. Shipping is $300. We waited around on a business day that we took off of work for bc you have to sign for delivery.We never got it. We called to find out why it wasnt here and they said that it didnt work and no one ever called to let us know it wasnt coming nor did they have one even though they charged us for it. She explained she would get that one fixed and ship it out to us in a week. We didnt want one that was broken and needed fixed at 75.00 off. So we told her to cancel and refund. It is 12/13/2012 and they still havent refunded. I am now having to dispute the charge on my card since we have never gotten a refund on an item they never even tried to ship.I called today and they said they couldnt give me dates of the refund but its been refunded. It has been weeks since the cancel. She could not give me any information bc its in the computer for the safety of the customer. She wouldnt even tell me when the refund was processed. They are incompentent as a business and Emily the manager/customer service is extremly rude and not helpful. They can take your money but will not refund it.
