This company has refused to follow through to completion on our Loan Modification. Since they have gotten us a "Trial Payment" period, they are stating that they have completed their obligation to us contractually. After speaking to another Realtor and finding out their opinion on the situation, we are notifying the Department of Realtors regarding their actions. From what I understand, the Dept of Realtors will then investigate and pursue filing legal action against them. It may take awhile, but they could give this company a "pay back the fee or perform the promised duties or face possible criminal litigation." Do Not use this company.
