Do not go to Premiere Loan Services, they take your money upfront and then they "work" on your loan. They are supposed to update you weekly, however, they would go weeks without calling me. I would have to call them three times before I would get a call back and then they argue about how they really did call me back. The information I received from them was very different from what I heard from the bank. So I never really knew where I stood. My house went all the way into foreclosure to having a sale date, without any viable information from them. I did not get a full refund, because they claimed they had "modified" my second, to which they offered a repayment plan, not a modification. Besides the fact that they had advised me not to do the repayment plan. Therefore, I would steer clear of this company! You will not get a full refund, instead you will get the run around.
