I ordered a tire off Poly Performance’s website & was given a price of $35 for shipping & I paid via PayPal & received an invoice. Two days later the seller contacted me & advised the estimate was based off 4 tires & the cost to ship only 1 tire was actually $125. I told them that their website clearly stated the estimate was for a quantity of 1 tire & that when I change it to 4 the price changed to $140 for shipping. I was advised they seen what I was talking about but did I see that the shipping was only an estimate. I advised I did but that no one in their right mind would consider a jump from $35 to $125 reasonable!! They argued that it didn't matter as it was ONLY an estimate & that if I wanted the tire I would have to pay $125 to ship it instead of $35. They were not willing to negotiate a more reasonable shipping price. They were very rude. They did however offer to refund my money.
