WE HAD AN EXTREMELY BAD EXPRIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. We purchased $1700 sink from Plumbersurplus in November 2010. The sink arrived while we were on vacation over the Christmas holidays. When we returned we opened the box to find the sink was broken in two places, one of the legs was completely snapped in half and a huge piece of the sink basin was broken off. We called Plumbersurplus and a supervisor at the company told us it was our problem, not theirs. The sink was broken beyond repair before we ever received it, yet Plumbersurplus refused to exchange it. In other words, this is an appallingly bad company with atrocious customer service. Based on our experiences, we advise prospective buyers not to purchase anything from this company.
