I found them to be perfectly legitimate and helpful. I took the time to read the details of the plan I was signing up for and it listed all charges including taxes and fees right on the website. The sales rep was knowledgeable and gave me detailed answers to any of my questions. It didn't take long to get it set up and it has been working reliably since then. I really couldn't expect more from a phone company, especially for under $20 a month.
