Absolutely appalling customer service

One solar panel was completely smashed and unusable. They have refused to replace the panel as
After 3 months of dealing with their customer services department whilst they dealt with FedEx who they blamed for changing their claims period which frankly is of no concern to me they finally said they would replace the panel.
No word for over 2 weeks and then they changed their mind and offered me a replacement panel at 20% discount!!!! Saying that FedEx would not be held responsible for the damage. Well neither am I responsible for the damage but PLX are plainly not concerned that they have supplied a useless piece of equipment and to make things worse expect me to reward them with more money to fix their problem!!!
The missing panel makes the entire package I bought from them useless.
