This company has the absolute WORSE Customer Service. First off their website states that they give FREE overnight shipment. This is bogus. Not only do they not have a contact phone number on their website, but they give you phony tacking numbers, when you email them about not receiving their product you get no response. Then you have to play detective to get a phone number that you can call. At this point being 6 days later, even though they took my money the 1st day. I still do not have the product. Renea with customer service states that she answers emails with in the hour that is a lie, none of my emails have been answered. Now I am waiting for a manager to call me within 10 minutes it has now been that, and I have yet to get a call. Horrible Horrible Horrible. If you are smart do not trust this company. Espically when you read everything and trust in their system to get took down your hopes. Please be aware of the horrible customer sevice.

Hi Autumn,
I looked deeper into your order and I see that you chose to have your product shipped to a PO BOX address. However, as per the website, all orders shipped to a PO BOX address cannot be shipped via UPS, but are shipped via USPS Express Mail, which states 1-2 day delivery. Also, this would explain your phony tracking number reference, as I think you might have been trying to input the USPS tracking number in the UPS website.
If you would like your PO BOX shipment re-mailed via UPS, not a problem, simply get back to us with an address that is not a PO BOX, and will be happy to send you another shipment via UPS Next Day Air, which is also what is stated on the website. UPS simply will not allow us to ship to a PO BOX address.
Its a real shame when this occurs, as we serve tens of thousands of customers without issue.
Also, on a side note, our customer service manager has tried to call you three times already, but every time the call goes straight to voice mail. If you would like to speak to a customer service representative manager, please feel free to call 800-871-3767.
Further, if you would like a refund instead, please feel free to call or email, as we would be happy to refund you your money as well.
Either way, we are happy to help by phone, email, or even through third party websites like this.
