My Filipina wife and I have done business with these scumbags for several years. She was duped into buying a "smart phone" for a $100 that was supposed to work in the US and the PI. Trust me, it never did! No cellular carrier in the US recognized this phone in their system and no sim card could be found anywhere! Same thing in the PI, no sim card that would work. The phone is absolutely worthless, and they will not give her a refund. Now I get a letter saying we owe them more money and that they have been trying to collect for 6 months! This is the first I have heard of this! My wife has been trying to find an Owtel office in the PI, but in Metro Manila there are none to be found anywhere!! I plan on reporting them to the BBB and the US Department of Justice. They are BAD to the Bone!!
