I have been a customer of OWTEL for 10 year atleast and I cannot tell you how much I regretted doing business with this company. Their customer representatives will hound you at every possible turn. I am not one to write reviews but after they cheated me a refund AND hound me for a bill that I paid, I have had enough. Almost a year ago they sold me "kata" phone which I cancelled before it was finalized. They charged me immediately but until now they still have to issue me a refund. That was almost a year ago and still no refund. I have followed up with the customer service by phone and email numerous times and they just keep on telling me that the refund was already processed. You can hound me to pay a bill that I have paid because it shows on my credit card account yet you cannot issue me a refund that has been processed almost a year ago? Totally unacceptable! If I can give this company negative rating I will.
