Very unsatisfied customer of owtel

My girlfriend was brainwash of buying a cellphone from Owtel i believe they called it kata phones they took out money from her debit card in just minutes.Now when the phones arrived on the mail we open the package and the actual kata phones were made out of cheap materials. So we decided to return the phones to owtel we talked to a customer service person that we have to ship it backed and pay all the shipping charges. We lost a couple of dollars just to ship it back to them were actually fine with that the customer service people from owtel tell us we have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks to return the money back to her debit card account.It's has been 3 months and counting they still don't return the money yet and we feel that owtel is scamming us this company has a very bad policy of returning back the money from there
customers.
