My order was made on 15 Jan. 2011 and I almost immediately received the order confirmation. Waited till 2 Feb., but no shipping details arrived.
When I tried to contact the company via e-mail the message “bounced back”. This was most probably due to the flood of e-mails they were receiving from disgruntled customers.
Contacting Notorious Industries via phone was also unsuccessful. The voicemail box was full and no messages could be left there.
I lodged the dispute through BuySAFE (buySAFE.com) where Notorious Industries is registered as a “trustworthy” entity. They were also unsuccessful in persuading the merchant to make contact with me and clarify the matter.
I wish to advise all interested not to engage in any dealings with Notorious Industries.
Update:
Due to the combined effort of BuySAFE, VISA and myself I have finally received a refund notification from Notorious Industries. This was unfortunately the only communication from them about the matter.
One star rating stays as I had to sacrifice a lot of time to resolve this.
