I did business with Mr. Banach in 1997 when his company was named "Genisis" if I remember correctly. He promised to sell my car via a lease sale with a lump sum due in 6 months. We discussed and agreed to a price for sale. After signing my car to him, I would get payments from time to time, but almost always late with months skipped. When I finally confronted him, he told me to take it up with the person leasing the car. The lessor was under the impression he owned the car and was financing it through the company. His "sales" price was several thousand dollars below what was discussed with Mr. Banach. Mr. Branach exploited my military connection by pretending to be a former military member (true or not, I don't know), and used religion and con-man methods to put me at rest. I can't swear to it, but one of my friends told me that they thought they saw him on a news report shortly after these events being arrested for fraud. My advice, stay away from this company and this man. If it's too good to be true...
