I researched auto warranties on a number of businesses for my '95' Mercedes 500SL. This was the best coverage for my money. Joe was great ! I found my customer sevice agent, Joe Hunter, to be friendly without pushing the contract or stating that it was a 'one time' offer. He explained everything to me fully,like the 30 day waiting period and 1000 miles driven before the contract went into effect. I already knew this as I had researched this before I put my contact info in their websire. I can't beleive the comments that, "they didn't know about, 'this or that ' with their contract," when they opted for their policies. People should research any company that they do business with. It's not the company's fault, it the consumer. Happy so far.............. Signed, Cheryl with a new Mercedes !
