After reviewing Ms.Partee's file, we have the necessary tools to respond. This customer purchased her warranty on 8/5/2010, she called in 8/30/2010 to upgrade her coverage so she can have her GPS unit included. After upgrading, she called in 9/1/2010 to cancel all coverage. She was informed to send her signed written cancellation request and hung up on our agent. She was never informed a refund was not going to be issued, in fact she is still eligible for a refund, pending her cancellation letter.
