I never signed up for this service and never requested warranty from them. Ever since I got the car, they have been calling me to inform me that my warranty is expired/expiring. And my warranty is actually 100k miles or 10 years, I literally just reached 100k this year too.
And this is the third time I asked them to stop calling me yet they do 3-5 times a day and never stop. This is the second time I am speaking to a representative and telling them to remove me. I am now considering legal action against the company.
The rep before this one was very nasty and rude when I asked him to remove me from his call list. Almost as if I inquired and he was just following up. I don't really know what to do besides review them here and contact the FBI about the company and report them for phishing.
And I don't know why BBB doesn't allow you to not give any stars or defaults at 3... that's very misleading on their behalf. This company deserves a -5.
