While we provided photos for them to use, unbeknownst to us they used an unauthorized photo and we were billed $1,225.00 by the company who owned the photo!!!! They avoided us - admitted no wrong-doing and wouldn't respond to our inquiries. We even offered to split the cost. After 3 direct inquires, we shared that we would provide a poor review, contact the BBB and consult with legal council. We gave them over 2 months to respond from our first contact. Received nothing.
Do not do business with this dishonest and fraudulent business. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
We have since sent in an inquiry to the BBB. Should they respond to that ethically - we will update this review to reflect their actions to correct the situation.
