This is the worst moving company! We had them move us cross country and it has been a nightmare ever since. While our household goods were in their storage facility, our new 42' tv, xbox video games and tools were stolen! Someone broke into our toolbox and damage it. While in their facility our bed was damaged,bbq grill damaged too and our storage cabinets damaged too. They are a nightmare to get ahold of. They say they will call you back and they never do. We call them almost daily to see what they are going to do about our situation and we get transfered to voice mail. We have been dealing with this nightmare since May 2, 2011. We have filed a complaint against them with National Consumer Database and now with BBB. All I can say is be aware of this company. This has been the worst experience for us and extremely stressing. They are so unprofessional and do not want to take any responsiblity for what has happened while our houshold goods were in their facility. I can't believe this company is still in business. NO STARS is what I give them. Poor service all around with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
