Stephan Jarvis is very professional and attentive. My new E550 is smoking hot! I do all my car business with Mercedes Benz of Encino. Kevin Malone in the Service department has taken care of my S-Class and I trust he'll do the same with my new E-class. I recommend these guys to all my friends. I was with South Bay, but after the way they treated me, I'm glad I found MB of Encino.
