I was very impressed with Melrose Moving and with how these movers were very down-to-earth and went above and beyond our expectations. We hired them for an office move and had them running around Los Angeles area. Even though we had a lot more stuff than we originally told them, they fiddled around with their schedules to make our move work.
The movers themselves, were very chill. Easy to talk to and got stuff done quick and without dilly dallying. The people in customer service were also easy to work with. The pricing was also a bit cheaper than a lot of other places I had called around to.
We thought we were difficult customers because things kept coming up last minute, but these guys kept a cool head and accommodated to our every whim. WE WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
