My husband and I signed up with Mass Litigation Alliance and ever since we made our payment, we have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone or return emails. We now try on a daily basis but no response. Our house is set to be sold in a few days and no one will respond. I have looked on the internet and now understand that this law firm and their attorney Matthew K. Davis is a front for other people who have bad records that they are trying to hide. I think we have been duped. When I signed up, they claimed they had an A+ rating with the BBB. The BBB says they have no rating with the BBB and they are too new to have a rating. They said that they would stop my foreclosure. I am afraid they were just telling me anything I wanted to hear to get my money.
