Do NOT use this individual. He is a liar, a cheat, a scam artist, etc.
He takes your money up front and hangs you out to dry. He does not perform any of the services that he says he will. He is constantly moving his business addresses because of his shady ways and the same with phone numbers. Do an internet search and see how many different addresses and phone number this guy has. Be sure to read the other complaints on other websites as well. Do not trust this man with a penny. His CPA license is expired, he does not have a law degree.
