These guys, in my opinion, are complete frauds. I talked to Neil Mitchell and he pressured me into sending him $1,000, which was to pay for 25 pre-set annuity appointments. That was in January, 2010. It is now June 18th and I have not received even one legitimate appointment.
I went on several so called appointments and not one person would let me in the door. They said they did not agree to any appointment and most were angry about how they were treated by the telemarketer. I gave the company several chances to make good but they never did get an appointment for me.
After several months of frustration, I asked for my money back and was told that they did have any refund policy. Even after that I gave them another chance. They have sent me one more appointment, which was bogus. That person said he did not even get a call from anyone, so it appears the name was just pulled from some list.
I am preparing a claim in Small Claims Court and plan to file complaints with the appropriate governing agencies since the company will not respond to me.
