My husband and I filed on 2/1/2012 in Lebanon, Tn and were told out refund would be in on the 2/10/2012. So this interning we called to see about what time we should pick up the check and were told it's been delayed to between 2/21/12 & 3/3/12. I asked why I wasn't notified by them and she cut me off by saying the IRS is behind, we will notify you when e get your check. I paid $439 yup file with them and an disgusted by the lack of communication and customer service. The woman was rude about the entire situation. We will not be returning.
