Garbage, don't use

They change the terms of my loan after I paid 700 dollars for an appraisal. The change in terms would have cost me an additional 8000 dollars out of pocket. They had me transfer the appraisal to a new lender which cost 275 dollar extra. The whole process of dealing with them delayed my refinance by about 2 months and I was trying to refinance out of a hard money high interest loan which ended up costing me thousands of dollars in interest. Do not use.
