I got downsized due to the Recession. As a result of being unemployed, I got behind on my mortgage payments and was in danger of losing the home. I tried to get a loan mod on my own and was denied. Bank of America did nothing but give me the run around. Bronner and her staff were able to assist me to save the home and get a payment I can now afford. Let me be clear, this was a long and stressful process. There were many times I felt like giving up on the process, but at the end of the day, I feel that Deborah's expertise did result in me getting the mod and being able to keep my home.
