This is hard to believe that something like this can happen.As most people
do their due diligence I checked on this company which back in July had a A+ rating.i could not find any complaints against them .I talked with a
Bee mc connell because I thought things were going slow,and she assured me
that they would take care of me it was just that they had a heavy work load.
I too also gave them $1250.00 up front to negotiate a modification. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau today, but if anyone has any other ideas that are legal please let me know.
