These people are fakes! They don't know what they are doing. We had these people come out to "diagnose" a problem via our Home Warranty - Old Republic. Alex came out with nothing....no tool box and no skills. When we asked him if he knew anything about GE refrigerators, he said not really...but then said he could figure it out. He did nothing to diagnose the problem, but in 20 seconds said he had figured out what the problem was. Unbelievable. Then on to our washer...he actually found the whole in our gasket that was creating the issue. He even explained that this was the problem to us. Then took his check and left. His report back to Old Republic was even more interesting. He said that despite finding the issue with the gasket on the washer, that he didnt have enough information and to send out another technician. Our diagnosis: that L&L or Alex didnt have the skills to fix the gasket problem. By giving it back to Old Repbublic, they could move on to the next unsuspecting person. This is crazy.
