This is the worst place I've ever dealt with, they talked me into doing my braces a year ago, and neither the old nor the new doctors know what they're doing, I am not happy with the results neither the horrible customer service, once they have you sign the contract, there is nothing you can do. Please beware, this is the reason they give you lower prices. Never authorize them to charge any of your accounts nor give them your info,they kept taking money out of my account, without delivering the service, they also make you sign paperwork fast and never give it back to you, they are misleading, beware to go there especially if for your poor kids without realizing what's good for them!
The review written above by Nechole with 5 stars is false, she is one of the customer service girls,the staff has been active on the reviews but it's all false, check the history and people's terrible experience.
I'm glad I don't deal with them anymore, but I feel sorry for whoever is getting fooled by the false ratings.
