Kohl's has set up their website to allow you to add infmration but not allowing you to verify the account information you have entered is correct. I am writing this in an attempt to stop what happened to me from happening to you. I must have (from what they say) entered the bank account number I have had since 1982 incorrectly. I find that very hard to believe, that's 28 years of the same account number. When I set up an online payment it did not go through and they added a charge called "returned check" to my account which amounted to $25. I called and they will not budge on this charge. My response was to close the account on the spot. I refuse to do business with companies like this and still want a refund of the (in my opinion) ill gotten funds. They have sinse changed they procedure to force you to enter your bank information twice to verify no error was made but this was of no use to me. I had already entered the unverifiable data.
