The refinishing of our tub took longer than expected because of blemishes in the workmanship. Instead of 2 days it took 2 weeks (3 fixes) before completion. This may be because of having the tile and bathtub done at the same time and in hindsight maybe I would do otherwise. I will say that all 3 times I expressed my unhappiness the company was always courteous and set up a new appointment for repair within 2 days. It took 2 weeks because we had to wait until the product dried before seeing problems. I doubt this is endemic only to this company... it is likely to be found with all companies that do tub refinishing. The final appearance of our bathroom is wonderful. Therefore, while having some minor problems, in the end, my family is quite satisfied and would use Julian's again.
