It appears I got scammed! Like the others, I should have read the reviews first.

It appears I got scammed! Like the others, I didn't look at the reviews before I signed up. I got a very good price and signed up. They sent me the packaging to return it to them. I tested the device immediately before placing it in the packaging and EVERYTHING was working fine, except the battery.
Today I received an email that they had received my device but basically NOTHING is working. They going forward with replacing the battery but assured me it would not be working when I get it back.
