If there were not stars that is what I would give. This company is horrible. If you buy the product online and print your bill out they charge you a higher tax rate then what your state is. That is illegal. When you ask them about it the play stupid and don't know what to say. Ask them to correct it and you will wait for months if they ever do it. Stop the charge and file a complaint and then they fix it. That is stealing. One of the two pole came broken. Shipped one back and told them to credit me for the postage and they said no problem. It took me three months to get the money and 15 phone calles. They all promised me it was taken care of. Lies and more lies. Also when you buy fishing pole it is supposed to come with the tackle kit. They take it out to sell separately. That is stealing. Two cases already on the same order. When questioned they tell you they take it out if you call in the order but not when you prder online. That is wrong. If tey open they product and remove something the box says is included that is stealing. That make the fishing pole used and not new. I have filed 3 cases against then with the BBB and they have not responded to any. This is wrong of a company to not stand up to wrong doing. Buy a real fishing pole, you will be much happier and it will last longer than 3 minutes out of the box.
