These people are the most arrogant bastards I have ever seen. They actually pick fights with you when you submit support tickets, ban you from their forum if you are the least critical, basically treating customers like dirt. Watch out for Alex Jankuv - if this guy answer your ticket, your in deep trouble. He is the most rude person I have ever met in a support situation.
If it was possible I would rate this company 0 stars. They deserve nothing!
Stay away from this company!!!
