Products are good and up to the Herbalife standard. My only issue was with customer service, you have to leave a message and wait for a call back, which could take a few days and they bill you before they even ship the product. I did post a formal complaint on the BBB because of this issue and the length of time it took to get my product. Again they are distributing a great product and you will get what you order! I wasn't too thrilled with my customer service experience but in all I was happy with the end result.
