Stay away from this company. They do not protect buyers. I bought a book that was not even shipped until AFTER the estimated delivery date. Furthermore, didn't receive it until 10 days after the expected time window. However, since half.com said I got the book eventually, I was denied a refund. I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service to answer questions. The screwed up policy encourages people to lie. If I lied and said I never got the book I would have got a refund, but since I was honest and told them the book came after I filed a claim (and 10 days after estimated delivery date) I get nothing. Good thing I purchased with credit card and can get a refund from them. Thank goodness there is Amazon marketplace
