I was a seller and had an issue with a transaction in August 2010. Their customer service department was not very efficient, effective, or helpful, as it has taken several months to look into the issue, which in December is still ongoing. I tried contacting the parent company eBay, but they would not help. I have not been able to get a clear answer from Half.com as they stopped responding to me. I would be very cautious if I were to ever do business with Half again. Also, they do not require it, but pay the extra money to track a package if you are the seller.
