They sell you in the beginning with a good rate and promise you a 5 day delivery, they are insured, send you an estimate set up pick up all was so good. Wrapped our stuff nicely Neatly loaded on the truck. Alberto says 600 cu ft which was original estimate. We're good. He says he will probably have stuff in OH in 2 days. Day 5 I call Maggie gets attitude and gives me Tony. She can't even operate a fax machine. he says it will be 7-21 days before it gets here. Day 16 Tony calls it will be here in 3 days. Truck arrive's Alberto comes in tells us the new bill is 800. more than original quote. Truck is shut up like Ft. knox. Sister is in a screaming match with Tony the whimp behind the phone and he takes it down 100. They open the truck the stuff is literally thrown in like garbage not only ours but someone in Wisconsin who was next. Broken lamps, other peoples stuff in ours and then Alberto starts closing truck. Oh no where is the rest of our stuff. Police come Alberto with his expired Ga. license tells the police what the pieces were and what they looked like and where they were and he will be back in 5 days max 10 days. 2 days later Tony emails us to tell us our stuff is gone. We need to file a claim well there so called claims companies have as horrific of reviews as the mover at 60cents a lb.5000 dollars worth of a sick 86 year old womans things that are large items just magically dissappear. People there are at least 40 different complaint and blog sites. Don't let them rip u off to. And the positive comments here are Tony and Maggie in their spare time when they are avoiding your calls. U need to notify the IRS and FL Attorney General they are checking it out. Along with other officials including Enterprise. I am sure u did the postal money order and cash to. No doubt they will move to another state and start all over just as they did in Ga. when the heat was on.
