I moved from Virginia to California in June/July 2012 using their services. They provided me with a competitive quote and their sales rep "seemed" honest, so I decided to go with them. To my shock, once they were in possession of my belongings they more than doubled the cost of the move by charging for additional packing materials that were never used, doubling the cu. ft. of my belongings (both the pick-up and delivery drivers confirmed that the original volume extimate was accurate as evidenced by the volume marks inside the truck) and associated costs, and forcing me to take delivery 12 days prior to my "earliest available delivery date". I had to arrange for my belongings to be stored in storage and moved again at my own expense.
DO NOT USE these guys. They are nice until they have possession of your belognings and then use them as ransom to extort as much money as they can from you. I have worked with Rosie, Tony and Mike. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!
