This company is very hard to connect with. The Live Chat does not answer specific questions and isn't completely knowledgable. Their answer is to send an email and they will respond within 24 hours. That is untrue. When you dial their 866 number for customer service you speak to someone in India (very hard to understand). The American people you talk to are nice to make a sale, but not if you have a complaint.
