After attempting a refi with my original mortgage holder and finding them completely inept after 8 months, I decided I wasn't going to go through the hassle again! Over a six year period I had acquired 80,000 equity in my home by paying on principle and improvements. Never missed a payment and should have been a walk in the park to refi! A few months later I did some research and decided to check with GEF about a VA refi. What a difference in professionalism and attention to service! Global had me refinanced at a % less and with 50k in cash out! All was done on a manufactured home and inside 3 months (rare timeline for manufactured home)! Frank, Michele and the title company rep, Juan were on top of the paperwork every step of the way. We worked as a solid team and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and efficient team. Totally different experience than earlier and better than any I've had while buying property over the last 50 years! Would seriously recommend these folks to anyone!
