I had an excellent experience with Get-A-Mattress in February 2011. I found the sales people very knowledgeable and friendly. I have worked retail and observed one of the sales staff handling what I would consider a "difficult" customer. The salesperson remained polite and professional the entire time. My wife and I ordered a bed and frame which were available in about a week; which considering my previous dealings with bed stores is very fast. Delivery people were on-time, polite and efficient assembling the bed and making sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. Based on my experience this company deserves their current "A+" BBB rating.
